Who you are dealing with

About

A short, plain account of how this operation runs — because you are about to put a service on your television on the strength of one email from a stranger.

How we work

Three things that shape everything else

Small team, no call centre

Messages are answered by the same handful of people who set up your account. There is no ticket queue and no script, which is slower at 4am and considerably better every other hour of the day.

Trial first, always

We would rather you tested it and walked away than paid on the strength of a sales page. A customer who found out on day one that their connection could not cope is a refund and a bad review waiting to happen.

Set up for where you actually are

Region is the first thing the form asks because it changes what your account is pointed at. A generic setup is the fastest way to make a good service look broken.

Straight answers

What we will not pretend

  • Nothing streams perfectly, everywhere, always

Big live events put every provider under strain. Anyone promising a flawless picture at kick-off on a Sunday is selling you something.

  • Your connection is half the equation

We can do nothing about a router two floors away from the television. Most of the problems reported to us are solved on the customer side, and we will tell you so rather than blame the servers.

  • Check the rules where you live

What you are allowed to receive, and from whom, depends on your country and your circumstances. Satisfy yourself on that before you sign up for anything — here or anywhere else.

Still weighing it up?

Take the trial. It costs nothing and it answers more than a page like this one ever will.
